Our turn-key services flex with our clients' needs - whether its client-side project management, design management, construction management (EPCM) or providing full managing contractor services (EPC), we adapt our approach to suit the specific requirements of a project and its lifecycle.

We have developed specialist expertise in delivering dynamic projects within the public realm. These projects are generally fast-paced and involve diverse stakeholder interests. They require a creative, resilient team with a passion for outcomes and an innovative mindset. 

Our project control and quality systems have been developed to provide our clients with accurate real-time reporting and integrated functionality which enables efficient control processes. This includes our in-house eBase project management system – a tool used to for contract, scope, change and financial management.
