We’re looking for six Venue Overlay Managers to deliver stadium and training venue infrastructure across Brisbane, Melbourne, Perth, Adelaide, Townsville and Newcastle.

iEDM is the Insourced Overlay Managing Contractor for Rugby World Cup 2027. You’ll be seconded into the RWCA Overlay Functional Area, working day-to-day alongside the RWCA team and reporting to the Overlay Cluster Manager for your venue cluster.

You'll coordinate directly with venue teams, promoters, sponsors, and suppliers to manage sign-off, sponsorship placements, and site logistics — balancing commercial requirements with the practical realities of a live event build. Attention to detail matters: this is often the first and most visible layer of the event experience for fans, broadcasters, and partners alike.

This is a senior delivery role covering the planning, design review and delivery of temporary infrastructure and power for your venues, from design through to demobilisation. You’ll bring operational requirements from multiple functional areas into venue-specific designs, coordinate RWCA direct suppliers and keep scope, cost and tournament standards on track.

Roles run from March or April through to late October or early November 2027. They are primarily remote until around August, then venue-based ahead of competition.

We're looking for an Event Site Manager to join the iEDM team on the ground for the Avalon Australian International Airshow — one of Australia's largest and most prestigious aviation events.

This is a hands-on, site-based role. You'll be an active presence across the build, supporting project managers to keep contractors and suppliers on track, identifying safety risks before they become issues, and making sure infrastructure is installed, operational, and removed to schedule.

The pace is fast and the environment is dynamic. We need someone who works well without close supervision, stays composed under pressure, and gets things done.
